How parts are made

Injection, casting, stamping

Three mold-based processes sit behind the bumper, covers, and control arms. Same idea — a tool shapes the part — different material and pressure.

Injection molding

Melted plastic is forced into a closed steel tool under high pressure, then cooled and ejected.

Molten metal is poured into a mold and solidifies. Left and right arms are separate tools, not a mirrored mesh.
