In place. The radar sits in the center of the lower bumper, behind snap-on cover 3602306 and under the license plate. Leave the adapter bracket on the truck. Part 3602300X9D01 is the same on CN, EU, US and AU.
Pry off the cover. It is a clip. There are no bolts.
Unplug the one harness connector on the side of the housing.
Remove the three M5 bolts: upper left, upper right, and lower left.
Slide the radar straight out toward the front of the truck. The bracket stays on the bumper.
Fit the same part back. Do not add shims or bend the bracket. Keep it within ±3° horizontal and ±2.4° vertical.
Torque the three M5 hex flange bolts to 6±1 N·m each.
Push the connector on until it clicks, then tug it once.
Snap the cover back. Power down the high-voltage system before disconnecting the battery negative. Run dynamic calibration before the truck returns to service.
